All products are brand new and unused. However, they are classified as second-hand because they have been sourced by our team of buyers from various suppliers worldwide.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our Website or customer service team via email or WhatsApp.

  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) or the local currency equivalent, in cash only.

  • Shipping Location: All orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours after delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and documentation included.

  • To initiate a return or report an issue, contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

6. After-Sales Service (Warranty & Returns)
